Design Management: Led the management of design initiatives with a focus on branding, mold designs, product development, and packaging. Ensured that all design elements aligned with the brand’s identity and strategic goals.
Innovation Management: Guided cross-disciplinary teams through the innovation process, identifying new opportunities, creative development, and driving product testing and refinement.
Approval & Consistency: Oversaw the approval process for all creative work, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints and maintaining alignment with global brand standards.
Retail Support: Collaborated with the store team to align the M&M’s product portfolio and branding with the broader business evolution, enhancing the in-store experience.
Advertising & Compliance: Supported the navigation of advertising to children policies and the impact on the brand design elements.
Agency Collaboration: Worked closely with external creative agencies to manage and execute rebrand projects and other creative initiatives.
